Not able to create accounts on WHM just telling my "Account Created", Yet there is no actual acount created.
This is the result of a failed Cpanel update,The Account Creation perl modules are missing..
**You can check this by using this command : --
tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
**To fix, login via SSH and issue this command :--
/scripts/upcp
